Remuneration policy
All employees in Fondita have a fixed remuneration that is paid in cash. Performance-related or other variable parts are not paid on the fixed remuneration. Thus, there is no risk that the compensation could encourage risk-taking that could be contrary to the statutes or the risk profile of an investment fund that the fund company manages or to the fund company’s obligation to act in the interests of the investment fund and fund unit holders.
The fixed remuneration also eliminates the risk that the remuneration could lead to risk-taking contrary to the obligation to consider sustainability risks in the investment decisions of the investment funds.
